The 1st Meet in the 2009-2010 Fordham Prep Development series will be held on Saturday, December 5th, 2009.  Please read the entry carefully.    We hope your team gets the most out of this meet and we thank you for your support.

Place: Fordham University Lombardi Center

Time: 1st event goes off at 6:30pm, doors open at 6:00pm

Entry fees: $4.00 per individual                   $16.00 per relay                   $350.00 Blanket entry

Awards: Medals to Top 5 in all events

IMPORTANT: 
1) We will enforce a STRICT NO SPIKES RULE!!  Violators will be disqualified. 
 

Notes: 1) Athletes may compete in no more than two events.

           2) Seeding: Nothing needs to be submitted for individual events.  Runners should just come to check-in with realistic seed time in mind, and their sticker on their uniform.  Relays need index cards with School name and seed time.  Names not needed.  All seeding done by clerk at check in.
          3) Coaches responsible for own times, but full results will be posted at http://chsaatrack.org 
Special Shot Put Notes: 
A)  All SP Events: 3 throws, no finals.
B) Throwers must help retrieve shots if asked.  Those who refuse will be disqualified.
C) No pre-flight warm-ups, only pre-event warm-ups.
