Coaches:

Again this year, we have a blanket fee for the Boys’ Track & Field Teams in the CHSAA.  This blanket fee has been determined by each school’s participation in the league over the last few years and the total cost of running the league for the season.  The fee covers Boys’ Events only.  Please fill out the top portion of this sheet and send a check in the amount noted on the Outdoor Fee Schedule sheet to Brian Carney by March 30.Receipt of this form and the check will be sufficient to enter each team into all of the CHSAA Boys’ Intersectional Outdoor Track & Field Meets for the season.  You do not need to send in the sheets on the entry forms for each meet.  Teams with outstanding payments from indoors or Cross Country will not be eligible to participate in any league meets.

*All boys’ teams must, however, also complete the On-Line Entry Procedure outlined in the CHSAA Varsity Championships Entry. 

Entry for Girls’ Events must be made on the separate entries for Girls’ Teams.  These entries can be found on the website.  They are designated as Girls’ entries on the website.  Girls’ events will be charged a per-event fee for each individual and relay entered.  Coaches of girls should send a separate check for the girls events entered in the Relay Carnival and/or Novice-Weight Championships.

****PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ROSTER ON ARMORYTRACK.COM.  WE WILL USE THESE ROSTERS TO ASSIGN EVERY ATHLETE A NUMBER FOR THE SEASON.  THIS WILL ALLOW US TO GET COMPLETE RESULTS FOR EVERY MEET.

Outdoor Fee Schedule

Coaches: 

The Total Fee that each school has been assessed for the Outdoor Track & Field 2009 season is based each school’s 2008 entry.  The total fee for each school includes all of that school’s fees for the Boys CHSAA entries this year (including the entry fees for all CHSAA Intersectional Meets, the Chairman’s Fee for all Long Island Schools, and the Plaque commitments that each school has made).  Teams entering girls’ events at the Relay Carnival and/or Novice-Weight Championships must pay the per event fees noted on the entries
